Everything can be found on the first page - however, first of all make sure you can downgrade the camera to 5.2.3 or less (via TFTP) to do the hack. Please note if you downgrade, you may brick the camera (in that case, you can't access the camera to do the hack), and it can be only upgraded back...
If there's 5.2.0 currently on the cam, you can do the hack without any worries, it won't brick. You'll brick only if it is not downgraded, and running with 5.2.5 or 5.2.8
If you were succesful with the downgrading, then the hack clearly works, will not brick the camera. I couldn't downgrade a 2032 but it worth a try. If you can't see on SADP after downgrading, just upgrade back to 5.2.5 with TFTP, it will work again, but don't do the hack.
I've done the hack on 5.2.5 - it's working 100% but first you have to solve the downgrading to older version otherwise you'll brick the cam
Try to TFTP downgrade your camera to 5.2.0 - some models don't accept, but some do. If not good, just TFTP upgrade back to 5.2.5

Just make sure you downgrade the cam to 5.2.3 or 5.2.0 via TFTP before doing the hack (otherwise you will brick the cam with the hack).
Some models can't be downgraded from 5.2.5 (2032), but others...
You can edit the firmware's language flag

However, it did not work for me, because I've tried it on an only english firmware, you have to make sure you have a multilanguage...
Works for me! I've downgraded from 5.2.5 to 5.2.0 then did the steps on the first page. I've upgraded to 5.2.3 via admin console, and it is permanent english (that firmware was always forcing chinese language for my cams)! I hope it will work with 5.2.5 just have to make sure you downgrade first...
