    Problem confirmed here on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Ran tests on both mobile and WiFi networks along side my Ipad and rooted LG G3 with custom rom. The S7 will not display the Hikvision push notification for motion or ringing my doorbell(DB1). The other devices respond fine? Any further updates?

    Turning down the mic does not get rid of mine. I guess it kind of gets drowned out when a conversation takes place when answering the doorbell from the app? As I mentioned in the post below I'll upload the video with the noise if provided a method to do so.

    I'll try it tomorrow morning. I am unable to post video footage only photos to this forum unless someone can tell me how? I tried to upload but no option for video as I wanted others to hear the noisy audio to see if it is the same on theirs?

    I tested mine in total darkness and it's a thumbs down. Fortunately I have night security light always on and the image is great!(See Attached) I'm going to take a look tonight and see if anything is covering the IR area and let you know.

    Does Surveillance Station have any options to support Hikvision products? If so you may want to try some of them to connect to the doorbell? You may be able to configure some settings through Surveillance Station.

    I have mine working with no hum. The voltage I measured with only the chime connected is 19volts at doorbell wires. The chime operates fine. Not sure if this helps.

    I returned my Amcrest NVR to Amazon at my cost. Just bought an older mini Hikvision NVR off of Ebay that is not a US version. Will have it Saturday and will share my findings in this thread - NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!
