    Version 4.2.3.2 won't run as service - win10

    I have been running BI as a service. After installing update 4.2.3.2 w32, I noticed BI would not run as service. It attempts to start, then I get this message: I rechecked my password in both BI and service manager and they both match. Anybody else having this issue?
