    Yes I am using BI on my desktop and mobile phone. The time I am referring to is the time you see at the bottom of the camera screen when you view it either on the desktop or mobile. And it is on all cameras, so to me it is not just a camera setting.

    I'm not sure that is what I need to do. when looking on the desktop screen at my cameras the time is an hour and 7 min ahead of the real time. Seems like there should be a setting where I can just change the time.

    How can I set a static/fixed ip address for one of my cameras? It is a gw ip camera and I have 2 or 3 GW cameras but, only one keeps on changing IP address. Is there any quick fix for this? Thanks,

    I have a cam that just recently went to a grey screen and has RD: NO SIGNAL showing on my mobile screen. I tried unplugging and letting it sit for awhile then plugged it back in, still nothing. Help please?

    Nothing, tried IE and nothing, do you usually put the port number ex. ###.###.#.##:## or do you leave the last 2 numbers off? I tried both ways

    No access vai browser but, I tried to access the cameras that were working via browser and i get this message "Internal Error: Missing Template ERR_CONNECT_FAIL".

    My cameras will show a grey screen every now and then, no recordings happen when the screen goes grey. I usually just restart the camera and it works for a while. Anyone see this before?

    I am back on my original pc that crashed/?, but its working now. On the original settings my IT guy had each camera set to save on the option below the d-to-d setting. Do I need to set it to direct to disk as mentioned previously or should i just leave it the way it is.
