    Same here. I just checked the RCA app, and its offline. though a motion was triggered this morning when I left the house, so not sure how long it has been "OFFLINE" but the camera is up and running because it is recording to my Synology DSM Surveillance Station just fine.

    Yes, agreed, on a computer it is a lot easier with a mouse, but the RCA app is definitely far better and mimics the web interface a lot more than any of the other mobile apps for sure. Glad to know I am not the only one with the blackout in the videos. Hopefully a new firmware release will fix...

I downloaded the RCA Security app and re-setup the motion zones and lowered the sensitivity to 1 or 2, and that solved my problem with all the cars passing by. Give that a shot.     I wish their wedge mounts were cheaper because for my Ring Pro, I had 4 wedges to bring it out to face the way I need, plus 1 facing down, so 4 side wedges and 1 tilt wedge. Purchasing that from Nelly's would be the cost of a new doorbell. Seems silly

    Just wanted to say thanks for the recommendation of the RCA app. App is stellar! Not a single false notification as of yet, been 48+ hours at this point. Only gripe is that I cannot jist swipe to remove the motion notification, have to actually go into the app. But at lease its steady! Thanks...
