You might check, from the individual camera page Destination-> Local just to make sure they don’t have a SD card -

Without a SD card there’s nothing saved inside the camera to playback. The only thing recording is the NVR hard drive at this point -

With that being said you won’t be able to playback in SmartPSS by selecting the camera directly, you will have to select the NVR then select the camera -

I thought you were able to playback directly from one of the cameras which means it had a SD card. I think I’m getting confused now -

Good catch, I forgot about AI SSA. I’m sure I haven’t used that as all are on customized scene and times set accordingly if they have the new interface Edit: Which I guess is still listed under Customized Scene, I was thinking of Self-adaptive under Working Mode- 97JeepXJ

I haven’t messed with SSA much but I do run WDR at between 5-15 on a few that the sun really affects during certain times of day. For whatever reason the jump between WDR 44 and 45 really changes the picture. And I just checked one of the barn cameras that has a similar scene, large opening...- 97JeepXJ

HFW5231E-Z12E image degraded
Disassemble it down to just the front outer black frame and take both pieces in (frame & lens cover), they should be able to fix you up. I will admit they quoted me just over $9 but said they were able to use a scrap piece. Again it’s still sitting on the shelf so I have no idea how it will hold... -

You guys are on it today. My suggestion was to drop shutter to 0-4, gain to 40, and NR to 35 or so and see if that’s still bright enough. If not bump up gain from there but at the speed of the forklift I think 4ms is about as high you’ll be able to get away with and still get a clean shot of...- 97JeepXJ
