who knows a PTZ outdoor camera 2MP under AU$300?
up your budget a little if you want your ptz to last years they also have a 12x model for like 30-40$ less- ldasilva

a lot of cell 2g/3g/4g/lte dont give you a outside ip port forwarding most likely wont work doing a vpn out to VPN Primer for Noobs would work- ldasilva

its pretty easy if you have the free version i think you have to login every 30 days i think the payed version you dont have to login every 30 days app should auto update the ip address you just need to remember kevinm.noip.com or whatever you pick -
