    It was 123456789abc thanks MM and others....you saved me! by the way the image quality is great...we'll see about NV performance. One other thing; blue Iris doesn't like h.265 so I set the cam to h.264 (or I screwed something else up).

    I recently received this new 4MP cam from an Aliexpress vendor...I can see it in SADPTool and also by connecting it to a PC with an IP address in the proper range. (192.0.0.65). The IP address of this cam is 192.0.0.64 and I can't change the ip in SADPTOOL or log into the cam from 192.0.0.64...
