You won't be able to really fix that unless camera has some type of LDC ability (barrel correctness but that really only crops the picture so you lose FOV) or the cam can split the 180 degree shot into two different channels that fit a 16:9 screen and you could view each channel separately...- biggen

Performance issues when using Blue Iris on a dual XEON Gold 5120 server
Whats the hypervisor? Something doesn't sound right. I have two VMs of BI: One in Proxmox and one in xcp-ng. The one is Proxmox is on an old Ryzen 1600AF with only 8 cores assigned and 12GB of ram. CPU usage averages 7% with 6 4MP cams. No quicksync here either. Just using substreams. -

If you have verified power is fine by using two injectors/Poe switches and the same problem arises, then I agree, it’s not power. I’d check network cabling next. Can you run a temporary line? I know you said you tested it with a fluke, but I’d still run a secondary test line just to be sure...- biggen

Yes. Those jacks would plug into the switch ports that you have configured as VLAN 10 (in my example earlier). Simply creating VLANs on your switch doesn't mean your router knows what you want to do with them. It may be configured to allow inter-VLAN routing by default. You have to create firewall rules in your router to tell it what you intend to happen with a packet that comes in with a tagged VLAN...- biggen

Yeah. I don't get any of that but my FOV is so much wider being 30'+ feet in the air. I also wonder if you simply got a bad camera? It's a shame this and the -T version of this camera is still plagued with problem for distances under 10'. Their ability to gather light is amazing. -

Yup. Yours is noisier. It may be distance. My fov is so much further away than yours maybe we just can’t see it as well? Your images even look a tad bit more washed out than mine. I’m interested to see if shutter priority would make a difference. -

Can't login to IP camera. Changed to static ip 192.168.1.255.
You can’t use an address ending in .255 with a /24 (255.255.255.0) subnet. That is reserved for broadcast. You can’t use .0 ending either. You can only use .1 - .254 with a /24 subnet.- biggen

Yup and that is fine. That is what the PTZ5A4M-25X is for. Just want to keep overview with the 4K-x while the ptz is auto tracking.
