I have verified that Quick Sync is working on my system (via other apps that use Quick Sync), but Blue Iris cpu usage is 30% higher with hardware acceleration enabled than without and all my cams show lower frame rate than what they are actually set to. I may be having the strangest experience of all so far. My CPU has always hovered around 25%. When I enable hardware acceleration, the CPU goes to about 50% average, but is jumping all over the place between 48-70%- Warsaws
