    Hi all, Just downloaded some .zip firmwares from dahua support page and inside there are multiple versions of .bin files. Could someone tell me what are the other versions for ? example: what is DH_IPC-MCU_V2.680.0000000.43.R.210707.bin and other .bin files ? see screenshot. Regards, Michael

    It works with Chrome as well. This is what i did: Firstly downloaded the firmware from dahua support page, should be under downloads tab, the file have .bin extension. login to NVR with IP address > select settings > Camera > you should see the IE icon next to the cameras see attached...

    I have updated mine all ok via the web, you have to login to the NVR via IE and you should be able to follow another link to the camera and then update the fw. works fine with mine. got the latest version.

    you will need to connect the cameras to a POE switch with IPs all configured correctly on the cameras (192.168.0.etc etc) then use the NVR to manually add the cameras ensuring they are all on the same IP range.
