Post the details of how the apps are configured. That said, I’ve found iVMS-4500 to be better than iVMS-4500 HD (you would think it should be the other way around, but it’s not). -

I’m having this issue has well with the latest firmware—did you ever resolve this? An extended ping to the camera prevents this from occurring, but this is not an ideal solution. My managed switch shows no errors for the port, but does show the port going on and offline often. -

Do you have an issue with this on a Wi-Fi network directly connected to the NVR/cameras? For what it’s worth, I have no issue using Clear when connected locally, but frequently have issues doing Clear over an LTE/cellular connection. -

Do you happen to be connecting remotely? Clear uses far more bandwidth compared to Fluent and insufficient bandwidth could cause connectivity issues. -

DS-2CD2442FWD-IW AMA
Just picked up one of these 4MP cameras to replace my 3MP DS-2CD2432F-IWs. So far I’m pleased and low light performance is significantly better than the 3MP camera. I will likely get more of these. Feel free to ask me anything.
