    I've tried using new dome 8mp cameras and did not have any problems with blurry/foggy images at night with EXIR lights. The problem with flies/spiders/bugs will be the same for all cameras until you turn off IR light on camera and use external IR.

    There is no need to take 3MP cameras (max resolution will give you 4:3 picture). If you want to use 16:9 picture 2MP is enough with 1920x1080 resolution. I would stick to new 2x25 cameras as they are better at night with EXIR light and pixel/CMOS size ratio.

    All firmware is up to date. Hope this is not because of 4K recording and Hik sells not ready products again. Will make some test later lowering recording resolution to 2MP.

    Hikvision NVR DS-7608NI-K2 and 8MP cams DS-2CD2x85FWD-I both support h.265+ but all I can see is black screen in LIVE mode and no playback history. h.265 without (+) works normally Has anyone tried using h.265+ ?

    Hi, When trying to playback single camera on Hikvision NVR and move mouse pointer on timeline a row of thumbnails preview appears as NO RESOURCE and whole screen starts to lag and freeze until mouse is moved out of timeline zone. Anyone has this problem ? How can it be fixed ?

    Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2 No resource on playback problem

    Also have the same problem with DS7608NI-K2. Preview thumbnails appear as NO RESOURCE when trying to playback single camera and moving mouse pointer on timeline. When it happens the whole playback starts to freeze and lag untill I move mouse pointer to some other place.
