Thats actually a bit different. That is true frequency. Notice how the entire scene does not roll, just the lights on the tree. Mine is rolling shutter, no LED's anywhere- bigredfish

You can also try running Anti-Flicker mode at 60MHz which may help clear it, but you are then limited to 1/120 shutter max As I said above, its a shutter thing. Too fast and it wont get better going faster. Here's a 4K cam running 0-4ms and then at 0-7 where I normally keep it 0-4ms 0-7ms- bigredfish

I call it Rolling Shutter It happens when the exposure is too fast for the amount of light basically. (I'm sure someone will have a better technical explanation but thats what it is in reality) I see it all the time trying to run cameras in color at night or in low light (Even B&W running IR...- bigredfish
