    @Mike I continue to have this error. It reoccurs regularly, perhaps every couple of days. Closing and re-opening fixes it, but until I notice it and fix it, its stuck at 20-30% CPU usage. Any info I can give to help troubleshoot? Win10, BIT 1.3.2

    Seems to work fine for iphone version, so for android, gotta be something they messed up with their connection to googles push service. maybe when google switched over to Firebase, dahua didn't get the memo? but that cant really be the case either since i get other pushes, just not IVS. iono

    New android update as well, IVS push still not working (but non-IVS work). Emails come through fine, but nothing in app.

    It seems there are multiple issues with the apps and NVR firmware at the moment. Hopefully @EMPIRETECANDY can tell Dahua.

    Could be app issues as well. Could be both the Android and iPhone app failing in different ways. Mine won't even get an IVS push, yours maybe failing in this manner. Hard to say for sure since none of us can debug the entire process.

    Other than not having to make a huge hole, what's the advantage of this cam over the SD52C225U-HNI which has higher zoom, starlight, intelligent features, and is also $320 from Andy...?

    thanks for the reply bill, but hoping to hear from an android user. wondering if its perhaps a bug in the app when subscribing, etc. really have no idea where the issue lies, but trying to narrow it down. just confusing since i started completely from scratch and it still wont work.

    On 20181211, IVS push messages aren't working for me on gDMSS Plus android app. I've tried multiple app versions, so it seems to maybe be related to the NVR firmware, dunno. Have also completely wiped everything and started from scratch. All other push notifications work (it seems), but not IVS...

    It's grayed out because TinyCam doesn't support it for the camera model selected. Simple as that.

    dunno. try deleting the nvr from the app and re-add it and try again and/or factory reset the nvr. other that that, not sure.

    In this FW, seems like they fixed some http api glitches. One in particular: in previous versions you could disable an IVS rule but not ENABLE it via VideoAnalyseRule. This has been corrected. I reported this to @EMPIRETECANDY and looks like he passed it along and they listened. thanks andy!

    Just to update: I got it working. Started over again. Fresh reset on NVR, removed all devices on GDMSS and setup everything all over again. Dunno what I did differently this time than last time, but whatever. It's working.

    Try to connect via wifi at home and set off an IVS event, see if you get pushes locally. If that doesn't work, then the issue isnt the firewall.

    Ok, so I think I MIGHT be narrowing my issue. I think it has something to do with whatever ID is assigned to the app for pushes. Cam pushes were working (but still not NVR), then i downgraded app, then upgraded again and now no pushes work. So, I'm thinking the pushes might still be sending, but...
