    when you get a new version are you unzipping into a new folder or overwriting the existing folder? try extracting to a new folder then copy the config folder over then start the new app

    I just pulled down the windows version and it ran fine for me. Can you try backing up your processor.db file, deleting it from the config folder, restart the app, type in your agent settings, then run the scrap again?

    you might need to override store_plates_maxsize_mb` in your alprd.config to store more plates. what shows up in the logs when you try to scrape?

    It only scrapes the agent. where were we in troubleshooting? what agent version are you on, and do you see this screen when you go to your agent?

    You can also upgrade your CPU to something more powerful. I use a ryzen 3900x, 16 cameras, virtualized blue iris on unraid, sitting around 20% CPU.

    v3.14.2 will fix the capilization error, if you type in lower case plates once you save they will be capitalized. wait a few minutes the release is still building

    v3.13.0 is out with pushover support, it's found on the alerts page of settings. still needs more testing so it might not be working 100% yet. the "test" button should be working fine.

    It already has a windows version on the releases page. I don't have plans on turning it into a windows service right now. V3.12.0 is released and will save your paginator selection between browser refreshes

    I opened it up cleaned off the glass and put it back together. there were desiccant packs in there, i don't know where the moisture was coming from. it hasn't done it since then though, so maybe something wasn't sealed 100% and I got it.
