    Hello guys I'm looking for a self hosted CCTV solution, where we don't have to rely on all our private cctv footage being sent and proccessed to a Chinese owned cloud. Does anybody know any solutions for this? Came accross this system by frigate, but don't know how good it is...

    Can we reuse Lorex Cams with other NVR and software's?

    I learnt the hard way just how rubbish lorex software is. The cameras however are decent, just massively let down by the lazyness of the developers. Can these lorex cams.be used with any other systems? Are their any good open source alternatives out there?
