    POE tester

    Has anyone used this POE tester: PoE Tester Gen 2 If connected between a PSE (a POE switch) and a PD (an IP cam) it shows the Amps, Watts and Volts that the PD draws. I am eyeing it since i've been in a situation where the PSU for the switch had enough Volts but not enough Amps for a (PTZ)...

    Dahua 59225 PTZ power problem

    I have a new 59225U-HNI, Mikrotik POE switch CRS112-8P-4S-IN (it supports both 802.3af and 802.3at). I also have the 48V power adapter needed for af/at POE. The camera is 45m away (~148ft) with the same amount of cable - Lanmark (by Nexans) Cat6 AWG24 F1/UTP, with cat6 shielded connectors...

    Will this POE switch power the Dahua IPC-HFW5231E-Z

    Hi guys and gals, I'm looking at buying this POE switch - Mikrotik CRS112-8p-4s-in to power (for now) one Dahua IPC-HFW5231E-Z, and a few more in the future. If i order the switch i cannot return it, so my question is will it power the above metioned camera? Thanks in advance
