Checked everything. FW is latest (got it from HIK support). My point is that i don't want to check or uncheck anything. I can't tell user to login into camera and check/uncheck rtmp. Hik support can't tell me is there some problem with camera or does somebody else have similiar problems. -

IPC seems well but no video on youtube side, but at the same the Youtube seems ok. Sry for language, it's in my native language (Croatian). You can see that connection is excellent, stream is great but nothing from the camera. G2 version, don't know about FW. It's at customer's site, didn't... -

Reboot camera yes. On Youtube stream i can see "stream status excellent", RTMP doesn's show any problems but no stream from camera. As soon as I reboot camera, without touching Youtube, stream starts. -

Problem with HIKVISION DS-KD8003-IME2 and electric strike
Hi, that 12V terminal from outdoor unit isn't supposed to supply power for electric strike. If you measure power from that terminal you'll get 12V, not 13.5V ( or something like that). You need to use external power adapter. -

If problems started from upgrading FW, i would reccomend factory default. Then use static IP with google DNS. It should work. Maybe the problem is in FW difference ( old vs new ), it's a known "problem". -

Last available FW for wifi+hik-connect connection was 5.5.32 . From 4/20 it's not possible any more, wire or NVR/DVR. As far as i know, only cube camera can work with hik-connect when on wifi connection. -

Are you using that one card that you get with outdoor unit? For some reason you can't use that card, i beilve that is the master card to add other cards and that card can't be used. You can't miss anything. Go to Tab PERSON, add person, choose your reader and click read. To get to this card... -

I don't think that you can configure doorbell only to accept LAN connection. Try to enable DHCP and see do platform access goes online. If does, you know what to change. -
