Yes I noticed that. Sometimes support is something you pay extra for as a service.....We hired a person with some experience with it. I am going to pass him this thread and myself start learning/reading here. Thanks all for not flaming the new person...- jodyak

Upgraded Computer, now with worse performance!
I am lost here already. :( I am a CCNA technician that just inherited BI boxes. Four of them. Small business with tons of cameras. One box is set up with 40 cameras. 4.8.6.3, current Windows build. I thought I would just call BI and get a system build recommendation for it but no support...- jodyak
