The only statistic I go by presently are the number of hospitalizations as this is a statistic that is difficult to skew (inflate) and would logically seem to give the best "up to this week" picture. In my state at least such hospitalizations are only allowed for tested actual serious cases.

Thanks for this thread! I had the same problem using Opera or Chrome browser on Win 7. Loading the 32-bit Pale Moon browser solved these problems and enabled me to configure my HikVision cameras after my NVR bit the dust.
