I was able to get this to work by switching the protocol to ONVIF from 'hikvision'.

I got a new DS-HD1 and got it set up and working the Hik-Connect app, and was able to add it to my NVR. However, I can not get motion detection working through the NVR. Motion detection does work on the NVR with all of my other cameras, but not the DS-HD1. I've double-checked the motion settings...
