I don't know the wattages but I'll investigate it. One is a Hikvision bullet and the other a Huisun mini PTZ. I tested the working PoE switch cam on all ports and the non-working PoE switch camera on all ports. I left them connected for at least 5 minutes for each test. Thanks.

Thanks for reminding to check using SADP and the Web GUI. The problem was the NVR was outputting at 1080p which my monitor didn't support.

I have a 7608NI-E2/8P with two WD Purple 4TB. After I turn on the power switch, it shows the "Embedded NVR - Hikvision" splash screen and then beeps five times. Nothing shows up on screen, not even the main menu. Hikvision Manual state that the beeping is indicating that no HDs are initialized...
