What happens when you run Find/Inspect? Does it find the correct camera? You may need to change the setting in the PTZ drop down on the PTZ tab.

Did you change Mode to Manual? If it says Auto you will have no control over shutter/exposure.

Which GUI do you have? Grey or Blue/White?

I found even with it off that when I would take snapshots from the UI3 interface that it would apply it. I just delete it now when setting up a new camera.

I can grab them later. I don't have any with snow + sun. For some of my other cams I do run them at .18-.2 or so on the low end to keep them from darkening too much when there is a lot of snow.

For reference, these are the T54IR-ZE and Color4K-X. T54IR-ZE set to 12mm and I am at 40ft. 4K-X is 3.6mm and I am at 16ft and 22ft.
