I looked into BI5 and found it now supports sub streams for significantly less CPU bandwidth. BI5 uses the lower quality sub stream for motion detection. I upgraded and using ONVIF for all of my cameras now, including the HSDB2. I'll see if this helps my video issues with BI, and report back.
