    On the box sticker v. 5.3.0 150513, but in IVMS4200 V.4.0.8 build 150401. Maybe because I pressed reset button?

    Hi, I bought a camera from china, model DS-2CD2032F-I. The camera works (I understand by the LEDs on) and is recognized by IVMS 4200 but you can not access it and the camera does not record. The firmware version is 4.0.8. What can I do? Thanks

    Problem with Hikvision 2032

    Hi, i have a problem with ip camera Hikvision 2032 F-I china version, I installed a nvr hikvision 7608 poe with 6 ip cameras but only one is not detected by NVR. The camera is not broken (led works). What can i do? It may be defective? Thanks and greatings
