Hello, I installed nvr 4216-16P-4KS2/L and 8 cameras DH-IPC-HPW2431SP-S-S2 .I am facing two issues : 1.The integrated POE switch is not working ,Is there some techniques to enable them? 2.I tried to change the IP adress from the config tool ,could not change the same . Anyone can help please...
