hi vasycara since the warranty has no option, can we focus just how to recovery can you set your pc ip to 192.168.0.128 (dont use another ip) then load tftp, then try turning ipcam, if ipcam appear in the tftp means you are lucky :) this method is same way like i did when my hikvision cam... -

I just contributed an idea, if I was you I would do 1. Create a router dhcp (who knows IPCam need ip dhcp from router) 2. if point 1 doesnt solve then install network analyzer (like http://www.colasoft.com/capsa) who knows you will get trap an IP from the IPCam 3. Okay I'm done may indeed... -

i dont know it matter or not for a firmware, but speed dome also have two kind of model, auto tracking or not, as i knew for auto tracking have more function other than not auto tracking -

i've a quick look comparing with huisun i found this web more closely with hik huisun for audio compress only one option (G.711u) and for another item so many option like hik had Environmental Noise Filter and day/night switch also is there for image i cant compare to lagging to see -

before buying I also compare between huisun and imporx products, the same goods, but which a different is from the shipping cost, I think that different of them only from the content marketing strategy, huisun makes shiiping cost cheap otherwise imporx look likes cheap product but deliverry cost... -

hmmm..sorry mate i'm dissagree with that, if you know how noise of fan spining for dome version, I think you will be regret had wish it :LOL i'm installed both dome and bullet at same room, dome show me temp 40 degree with fan never stops it makes me nuts to hearing fan noise, otherwise bullet... -

yes true, I imagine if the dome just 40 degrees with the fan never stops, how the bullet because i installed at the same room, probably more than 50 degrees celcius :D -

did you try to modify target seting on OSD MENU ? it can set to <small> <medium> or <big> object i think if envirovment like that better set to <big> -

Bad experience with Huisun mini-PTZ
can you try open network stream with vlc? parameter is rtsp://huisun_username:huisun_password@huisun_ip:554/mpeg4 if at least the video comes up, no hardware problem, maybe just a software :) -

you have to use 48v if you use POE, but if the cam not support POE you have to use POE splitter, it convert input to 12v output, but if you dont..even 20amp you would not powered the cam correctly, it may LOSS on cable (voltage outage) POE SPLITTER Show OSD menu with Preset 95 + Call Info... -

yup i agree with you, looks like the cam not have enough power but i'm using tp-link poe like Larabear also, powering 2 hik cube and 2 huisun bullet never complain so far, but i'm set huisun IR Near and Far just on level 2 since i'm plug the cam on small room level 2 quite enough -

Hi Larebear, have you seen information on OSD how much volage when IR didnt turn on? I've stable voltage with Tp-LINK 1008p (i'm not using poe from nvr) IR OFF IR force to ON still 12v :) -

I also have cube camera like that, I guess if you wear 1amp for POE power will not be enough, many people complain that sometimes does not turn IR, including I've ever experienced, since i'm using with 802.3af poe camera never troubled again until now, my point is that cube camera requires...
