    someone try to revive the camera DS-2CD1621FWD-I. these cameras do not have soldered JST ZH connector but there is a place where you can do it. .I connected rs232. My question is whether the firmware is loaded with the memory card? Someone tried to upload fw to this camera?

    I have PTZ PTZ DS-2DE5230W-AE or DS-2DE5184-A cameras that do not report and this is a firmware problem because during the update the transmission was interrupted. Have any of you tried to connect to the ptz module and upload the firmware? Please help me
