Same problem here. The NVR has the option to change the IR, but it does not work with this camera.- logoaki

Many thanks my friend. Less one problem. My camera's infrared sensor turns the image red. In the settings it is not possible to change the option to black and white or color. Did you have the same problem?- logoaki
