In this case I'm trying to control it through Hikvision NVR's WebUI. The SmartPSS works fine. I'm not sure about the Onvif Device Manager. I will try out tonight.

Is it only the Sub Stream that is effected by the NTSC/PAL format difference or the Main Stream as well? I'm quite new to this. :)
