    Enable port forwarding at your firewall/router is one way to expose your BlueIris Windows server to the entire internet and invite brute force attack on your server. Tailscale is free and easy to use for a VPN. Don't use port forwarding.

    This is how I fine tune day/night/pre-trigger image/post-trigger image/analyze one image each(?ms)/zone/etc. Go to BI on your server, get to alerts, HOLD control on your keyboard while double click on the alert clip, let go of the control key after you click, and it will bring out the AI...

    These setting is what works for me. I tried ONVIF, I tired Object Detection I only use Zones now. Zone A triggers, AI to read Zone B (entire screen) for license plate. You will have to try and test what works for you!
