SADP tools does pick up the camera. Is it typical for camera not to an interface to access via the web browser?

How do I find out if it has a webserver or not? LaVIew has terrible support.

Does anyone know how to access this camera in the browser using its IP? I tried but it did not work. I believe this LaView model is a rebranded Hikvision.
