Hello, I have same Problem as most of users. After Firmware Update PTZ is not working. Can someone help me mit right Firmware ... Actauly installed is Firmware as attached in picture. I think the version beofore upgrade was from 2020-06-03 .. but I am not sure. Hope someone can help me. Thank YOU
