@wnbcsa See here, Metadata - > "Overlay Rule Frame and Target Frame on Background Picture" missing This is causing the missing target frames. I saw that the firmware notes on 5.5.111 also miss this metadata settings tab. so i guess it's "build by design" :banghead:

I have win10pro, use chrome with hik extension to connect to cam via nvr so like 192.168.2.1:65001 and then it all worked for me, upgrade and downgrade.

Under 210209 the led light stayed on under intrusion smart event, so i downgraded to 210108. I haven’t tested intrusion and led light again under 210108

Thanks, i'll give it a try for that area mentioned as "entrance" to define it the same for standard motion area. My second cam is overviewing the parking place and works pretty nice with human or car detection, but has to say with intruder smart event. So indeed the acusense works pretty nice.

thank you, i've checked it and see that notify is on and schedule is set 24/7. Did apply same settings after deleting them to see if that will stay and otherwise i'll stay with intrusion only and set more regions.

Funny, I just tested it only with intrusion detection :banghead: and now you mention that's the only event that's bugged :cool: will test the other event as well
