Thanks for the assist and i wasnt trying to be nasty with my previous comment just making sure some how i didnt convey that I had solved my problem.... So i run port scans all the time and should have thought of it so i ran an Intense Scan using ZenMap. 22/80/443/554/6789 all came back active...

So by a thumbs up i guess you have no idea on a solution for me? I have tried about a dozen times to reset the device so that I can put it on wifi and access the webgui.... appreciate any help...

I have restarted for the 3rd time..... i held the button down again for over 2 minutes after powering it on.... the whole time the first light just flickered fast... nothing else happened. I then unplugged it and put the network cable in again to the switch i have and powered the camera back...
