    You have it setup correctly, just enter your password and it will work. Your password is created when you initialize the camera with the config tool. Read back further in this thread to understand that process.

    In case you like to use a different app to view your QCW series cameras, I recommend IP Cam Viewer Lite and it’s free for viewing 6 cameras max. I use it on a firestick, the settings are different for the port which I wasn’t aware of at first, plus you can view other cameras and even DVR...

    Use the config tool to initialize the camera and you are set.

    Reset your camera(holding the button more than 15 seconds). ‘Make sure the volume is loud enough on your device you are running the QC View app on. Check the microphone on the camera doesn’t have a piece of lint or something blocking it. ‘Also do this in a quiet location without echo.

    Great, thank you. Had to break out the laptop for the config tool (used 4.09.0). When it loaded up I had three cameras showing and the one I reset wasn’t initialize, selected it and hit the initialize button on the bottom to program my password. Now I’ll have to reset the other two cameras...

    If your camera is a QCW use the Q-See QC View app to configure the WiFi settings. Just make sure you are on the 2.4 GHz network if your camera only supports 2.4 GHz. Now I have to figure out what the default password is for my QCW2MP camera, if anyone knows please reply.
