Why use an action cam? im using normal surveillance IP cams with built in motion detection, e.g. Reo-Link or Cetronics. What I like about wildlife cams is the integrated temperature sensor as an overlay on the video and also their probably more advanced night vision ... but without rtsp so I can...

Good question, I have been searching but haven't found any yet. Those with Wifi / Bluetooth seem to have their own app, so you can see the contents of the sdcard ... but no more than that - which sucks.
