Sorry if I’ve missed this earlier in the thread but why did Dahua pull the auto-tracking feature from newer firmware? If I was to buy a new Dahua now can the firmware be downgraded to enable auto-tracking support? If hardware revision dependant what info would from the seller? I’ve seen a few...

Further response from Uniview Support is their entire camera range is affected and they have no plans to address/fix it in a future firmware release.

There appears to be a bug with this NVR and camera combination. When setting up corridor mode (physically rotating camera 90 degrees and then rotating in the image settings) all motion tracking and VCA detection (line cross and intrusion) stop working. If I change the rotation back to normal...
