Thank you very much - that seems to have done the trick...

I have a DS-7104N-SN/P running 2 Hik DS2CD 2032 - all seems to be configured correctly. Now I notice viewing remotely only 1 cam showing up in "live view" but both cams are recording properly as both are visible in "playback". Still running original firmware 3.0.7. Any ideas? Thanks, Jonathan

Is it possible that the device domain (eg. mynvr)? MUST be entered in nvr's local GUI and not entered remotely? Then you go to hik-online.com and do the rest? Grasping at straws here...
