Hi! I messed up the firmware upgrade to a remote camera. I would like to reset it to factory defaults (soft reset - without network settings and user information). Can't get this information in ISAPI documents. Does anybody had this problem? Thanks! P.S. The camera is online, but can't access... -

Need correct GET request for traffic monitoring camera!
Hi, folks! I have 9 traffic monitoring cameras iDS-TCM403-AFR. They are online and everything working, BUT. Can't configure a correct GET query for the historical traffic data request. Asked HikVision support, they returned: (asked can I get ONLY the traffic log, not the pictures, due a 4G cover...
