Hey guys, I just recently did a new install with a 2655 can on a 7716 NVR and its on a newer 5.4 firmware (can) while the others are on 5.3.8 I believe (4 mp bullets). I don't see a newer firmware release for the nvr. Any ideas? I can get to the web interface but nvr will not recognize it...

I wonder if that downgrader will work on the existing firmware of that camera. I've done it to all the 2032's I've recently ordered on Amazon but never a 2035.

I suspect the same downgrader would work - but I would double check on this first to see if anyone has done it yet.

Need to downgrade the firmware on the Cameras before they will get recognized by the NVR. There is a 5.2.5 Downgrader tool out there and then you gotta do the region hack using hex editor. Should all be in the forum.

Hey guys, I tweaked some settings on the m5 Locos and also dialed down the camera settings. So far, no drops! I really appreciate all the help...Happy Holidays!

I found out more information today- apparently it says "NO LINK" on the page and then after awhile the cameras will come back online. I'm going to stress test the wireless and try reducing the settings to see what happens. Thanks for the ideas, guys - i'll get back to you soon.

Wireless connection is rock solid. The buildings are only 50 feet apart. I can try messing with the settings and testing throughput. Even if the connection gets bad, assuming it comes back to normal the video should re-appear, shouldn't it? No other traffic - only 2 cameras. Don't see any...

Correct me if i'm wrong but on the Cameras setup page it should still show connected even if there is an issue with the stream, right? When the screen goes black, if I go back to the cameras page it is showing those 2 cameras as no connection.
