Making some progress. Made separate stand-alone network setup with some spare stuff, installed Wireshark to see if anything is going on and lo and behold, the camera identifies itself with IP address 192.168.1.251???? Looking for 192.168.1.1. Will need further research as I am not a network...

Ordered an IPC-T5442T-ZE during the sale from @EMPIRETECANDY , received IPC-T5442TZEB superfast - thanks! Seems like a good first camera to experiment for various locations. But Is there any difference between these? Do they use the same firmware?
