Unfortunately not with the Virgin hub as far as I can work out. Hoping that is something I’ll be able to do with the ASUS hub. And yes, this would penitentially be something to look at after I get the notifications back online.

I did try this but I couldn’t pick up any packets coming from my NVR’s IP. Maybe I need another go. Are there any guides to follow when trying this? I’ve not got enough knowledge about networks really.

I did try connecting the NVR to DMSS using local IP but this still didn’t fix my notifications. Very frustrating.

im not too sure what is changing it or why, but I noticed it happens when my router reboots (although it didn’t reboot on the 5th when I lost notifications, so it’s not only when it reboots). Iam assuming it is to do with having the NVR on DHCP but again I’m not 100% sure on that one.

DMSS notifications on iOS stopped on December 5th PM for me, not updated anything. The only thing I did see in the logs on my NVR was ‘saved <p2p> config’ on that day in the evening but this could be unrelated.

the only issue I see with this is that I won’t be able to click the notifications to instantly watch the clip that was recorded via SMD. But this might be the only alternative if the DMSS app doesn’t sort itself out soon/having both emails and push notifications might be best. Appreciate the help!
