    I apologize, it was my mistake. I was sure that I have VTO2202F-P-S2VTO2202F-P. While the actual model is VTO2202F-P-S2VTO2202F-P-S2 (the newer one). There was a firmware update available that has fixed his problem. Topic closed.

    Yes, I have tried disabling the security mode in the doorbell Web UI. Makes no difference unfortunately. All other API requests (the ones that I tried) work fine.
