Nothing in my logs is abnormal. At 11:21 I have a .dat file that's 45 MB for "Garage" and when I try to open that file in BI it gives me that "out of memory" message. It manages to send an alert on this one but a lot of the time it will not recognize any objects.

I didn’t even change the drive out. I just installed a new one to clone my smaller boot drive. It was the first time I had shit it down since I got my cameras so maybe it just needed a fresh start? Good lord that’s incredible. I already feel the itch and am currently mapping out areas for new cameras. Two definitely isn’t enough and can tell there will be many more in my near future. I’ll install the GPU version tomorrow and report back on how it’s doing.

Do you have any tips on getting the GPU version installed and set up? I've heard that it can be a little tricky. Was it as simple as the CPU install?

Here's a screenshot of the deepstack analysis. It's looking at an image every 250ms for 20 images so I guess it makes sense that I'm getting those long analysis times. Is this how it's supposed to work? My graphics card came in today so I'm trying to get that installed now.

Do you have any tips on installing the GPU version? I heard it can be tricky.

Okay, cool. Is there a specific location the DAT files are saved? I didn’t see an option to map a custom location. I really appreciate your help on this. Hopefully my 2060 helps out.

I changed that setting a couple of hours ago so that shouldn't be the issue. And yes, it jumps up only when I'm getting an alert. If that's normal then I guess we're good.

When I analyze it like this it always does fine. My CPU still jumps straight to 10% but the times are reasonable.

I only have 2 - 5MP Amcrest cameras which is why this doesn't make sense to me. I've only had them for a week but, based on what I've read on these forums, I should not be seeing that much utilization. I hear of people having 20-30 cameras and it works just fine with 500ms process times.

Will do. Also, I've seen people recommend to check "limit decoding unless required" but it seems to make the UI slower. What do you think about checking that box?

I JUST ordered it yesterday so I should see it before the weekend. I'm still getting all of my necessary alerts, it's just taking a lot more of out my CPU than I expected. Just recently I got an 8654ms process time...I've attached a screenshot for referance.

Even when I just had 5 images, 1 per second my CPU went up to 100% immediately. Nothing seems to keep my CPU usage to a reasonable level.

Here are the screenshots of my camera's settings. I've tried using only 5 real-time images at 1-second intervals and I got the same results.
