Hi, I'm just setting up my DS-2CD2742FWD-IZS with 2.8-12mm varifocal lens. I'm in the camera setup page and I can't see anywhere where I can control the "motorized lens". How do I control the varifocal lens? Here's the camera...

Hello I just bought a DS-2CD2742FWD-IZS. Haven't powered it up yet. It has two pigtail connectors, one for power and RJ45 and another for what I think is separate audio/video. There are no instructions in the manual on what the wires do or how to setup. Anyone have any idea? Thank you.

I just setup my first cam and am running the BI trial. I see i can buy directly from the BI website but also noticed foscam and others (like walmart) sell the BI software also. Are they all identical? Does it matter if I buy from Walmart and save $10 vs buying directly off the BI site? Thanks
