    Try lowering the frame rate to 15 frames per second and set the i frame interval to the same value. Make sure substreams have the save frames per second as the main stream and I frame the same as the Frames per second.

    If you press the windows key and enter "windows tools" there is a memory test that runs at boot up. You can give that a try, but it takes a LONG time. And it will stay at certain percentages for ever, like 21%, so just let it run for hours.

    Thanks for the help. I went with a 5 port tp-link POE switch figuring it would be more robust and easier to add a 3rd camera down the line. I'm slightly worried about heat build up but I have 9 months before that's an issue :)

    Thank you all for the excellent suggestions! With no substreams enabled it works fine. And if I enable the second substream it works fine, but with first substream it does not. So I'll just enable the second one and leave well enough alone. Thanks again.

    Go to the directory that has blueiris in it and look for a ".reg" file. Those are the backup files and you should be able in import it into BI.

    did you try a different port on the tp-link. try putting it into port 1 or 2.

    Maybe just swap between groups every few seconds. That way, for example, you could be 3 groups. Group1, Group2 and Group3. Each group has the 9 cameras you care about and the other 3 you want to monitor every few seconds. Maybe the switching would be glitchy to the eyes though.

    What a timely post! One of my PTZ's quite working a few days ago and I screwed around with BI but didn't make any progress. Changing PTZ from Dahua V5 to V4 fixed it right up. Thanks.
