    PTZ presets don't work. Camera doesn't respond to diagonal movement commands

    Amcrest AH45 PTZ is working. It responds to manual left/right/up/down commands, but doesn't respond to diagonal movement commands. I believe the PTZ presets are not working because they are trying to use the diagonals. Any solutions out there? Thank you.
