    When I try to folow your instructions I receive the folowing message: tftp error " access violation (2)"

    One day I tried to upgrade my NVR DS-7732N-E4 and then FIrmware dessapeared forever and my NVR becomes unuseful. I downloaded a new one from the Europe Hikvision page , change the language to CN (2) language and I successfully save it on the NVR with the Putty and TFTP32 apps via serial...
